Hi I'm Jessica!

Let’s Move Through Mid-Life Together.

Mid-life changes everything—your body, your energy, your priorities. And if you’ve ever felt like the fitness and wellness industry just doesn’t get women in this stage of life, you’re not wrong.

I started my career in wellness offering postnatal dance and fitness classes for women. And what I saw then is what I see now: women in a vulnerable period of change, without enough support.

After giving birth, women were bombarded with “get your body back” messaging when what they really needed was community, strength, and a place to show up exactly as they were. So I built safe spaces where movement wasn’t about fixing yourself—it was about celebrating yourself.

Now, as I work with mid-life women navigating perimenopause and menopause, shifting energy, and changing bodies, I see the same thing happening again.

History has a way of repeating itself.

The fitness industry has finally noticed us—but instead of giving us real support, it’s serving up the same toxic messaging in a mid-life disguise:

Be better. Be smaller. Fix yourself.
Reverse aging! Get your body back!
Fight menopause weight gain!

Honestly? I call B.S. on all of it.

Mid-life isn’t something to fight against—it’s something to move through with strength, energy, and confidence. Your body isn’t a problem to fix. It’s changing, because that’s what bodies do. And instead of punishing yourself for it, what if you worked with it?

That’s why I created Jessica Griffin Fitness & Wellbeing—a real, sustainable, smart approach to movement that supports your strength, your energy, and your well-being.

No toxic diet culture.
No pressure to shrink yourself.
No guilt, shame, or “fixing” required.

Because you don’t need to be better—you just need fitness and wellness that actually works for this season of your life.
