My 1-on-1 fitness coaching is designed specifically for midlife women who are ready to feel strong, supported, and at home in their bodies again.
Whether you’re returning to movement after a break, noticing changes in your core or pelvic floor, or just not sure if you’re doing it “right” on your own—this is a safe, personalized space to rebuild from the inside out.
We start with the foundations: breath, core, and pelvic floor engagement. From there, we gradually increase your strength, mobility, and neuromuscular activation in a way that’s aligned with your body.
I’ll help you improve your posture, alignment, and body awareness—so every movement you make feels more connected and confident.

A supportive, low-commitment kickstart to help you build foundational strength and stay consistent.
This package offers personalized guidance and the support you need to start feeling stronger and more confident in your body.

- 3 private 1-hour fitness training sessions (in my private home studio in Edmonton)
- Summer On-Demand Membership (to keep working out between sessions).
- Workout guidance between sessions (I’ll give you guidance on workouts to reach your goals)

This extended package offers deeper support, more accountability, and the time to build real momentum in your fitness routine.

With over 20 years of experience in movement, education, and coaching, I bring a unique blend of science-backed strategies, somatic awareness, and compassionate insight to every session.
I’ve taught hundreds of women how to build strength, feel more at home in their bodies, and navigate life’s transitions with grace and grit.
I’m an ICF accredited PCC (Professional Certified Coach) with over 500 hours of professional coaching experience, a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) with a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching, and a Certified Integrative Health Coach (CIHC).
I’m also a certified fitness instructor with extensive training in core and pelvic floor health, strength training for midlife women, and movement-based well-being.
