My all-time favourite ball for CoreFusion! Made of soft, stretchy “skin” like material, this ball does not slip around as you sweat. Perfect for both strengthening and stretching exercises.
Looking for a more affordable mini Pilates ball? This standard ball made of soft and durable PVC and is durable and elastic. The lower price point does mean you may need to refill the ball with air between workouts.
Light Hand Weights
I love these weights! You’ll see me using them in class and in my videos. They offer an easy-grip neoprene coating for a secure hold for sweaty palms.
Same brand, lighter set! For most folks new to CoreFusion, I recommend starting with a set of 2 lbs weights. Trust me, these light weights will bring on the muscle burn.
