Terms & Conditions + Waiver

By registering for a class, purchasing a membership, or using our on-demand platform, you agree to the terms below.


Cancellations and Refunds

On-Demand Memberships 

  • No refunds are offered for on-demand memberships.

  • We offer a free 7-day trial so you can decide if it’s a fit before you’re charged.

  • If you don’t want to continue after the trial, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being billed.

  • If you cancel after being billed, you will keep access until the end of your billing period, but no partial refundswill be issued.

Digital Programs / Challenges / Downloads

  • All digital products (including challenges, programs, and downloadable resources) are final sale once access is provided.

  • If a program has a future start date, it is still considered a digital product. No refunds once access has been granted (including early platform access, even if content is “greyed out”).

Class Registrations (In-Person Series)

  • Full refund if you cancel before your class start date.

  • No refunds after the first class, except in cases of major injury or serious illness that prevents participation (documentation may be requested).

  • If approved, refunds or credits are handled at our discretion.


Missed Classes

If you are ill or injured, please do not attend class.


Class Etiquette

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. The studio/Zoom room opens 10 minutes before class.

  • If you know you’ll be late, please let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

  • If you need to leave early, please tell me before class starts. For in-person classes, consider setting up near the exit to minimize disruption.


Waiver + Release of Liability

This waiver applies to all classes, sessions, programs, and on-demand workouts offered by Jessica Griffin Fitness & Wellbeing (in-person, Zoom, and online/on-demand).

1) Not medical advice

All fitness instruction and content is for general education purposes only and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for assessment or guidance from a qualified healthcare provider.

2) Consult your medical provider

You agree that it is your responsibility to consult with a physician or qualified medical provider before starting any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant/postpartum, have an injury, a medical condition, or are unsure what is safe for you.

3) Assumption of risk

You understand that exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, dizziness, falls, or more serious injury. You voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown, related to participating in any of our services.

4) You are responsible for your body and your space (On-Demand / Online)

When using on-demand workouts, you are responsible for:

  • choosing modifications that are right for you

  • stopping if something doesn’t feel safe

  • using appropriate equipment

  • ensuring your exercise space is clear and suitable

5) Release of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release and waive any claims you may have against Jessica Griffin Fitness & Wellbeing, its owner, contractors, or representatives for any injury, loss, or damages you may sustain as a result of participation, including while using on-demand content.

This release includes claims related to ordinary negligence, but does not apply where the law does not allow exclusions (for example, gross negligence or intentional misconduct).

6) Agreement

By purchasing, registering, accessing, or participating in any of our services, you confirm that:

  • you have read and understood this waiver

  • you are participating voluntarily

  • you accept these Terms & Conditions in full
