Cancellations and Refunds

Class Registrations:

If you need to cancel your registration you will receive a full refund if you cancel prior to your class start date.
No refunds will be offered after the first class, outside of major injury or serious illness.

Drop-in Bookings:

If you need to cancel your registration you will receive a full refund if you cancel 12 hours before your booked class. (Please note: It may take up to three business days to process your refund.)
Cancelations less than 12 hours before class will not be refunded, outside of major injury or serious illness.

Missed Classes

If you are ill or injured, please do not attend class. This is for your safety and to respect the others in your class.

For online (Zoom) classes, we are including a subscription to the On Demand platform with your registration. Please make-up your missed class through the on demand platform when you are ready to exercise again. For in person classes, please join us for an online (Zoom) class to make up your missed class. Email to receive the Zoom link.

Class Etiquette

Please arrive to class at least 5 minutes before the start time. The studio/Zoom room will be open 10 minutes prior to class starting. If you know is advance you will be late, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you.

If you need to leave class early, please let me know prior to the start of class. For in-person classes, please consider positioning yourself close to the exit so that your leaving does not disrupt other participants.

Waiver

This form covers all classes, workshops, and sessions offered by Jessica Griffin Fitness, Wellbeing & Coaching.

I agree that I am participating in pilates, barre, dance, personal coaching, or other workshops offered by Jessica Griffin Fitness, Wellbeing & Coaching, during which I receive information and instruction about healthy and safe practice. I recognize that these classes and workshops may require physical exertion, which may be strenuous and could result in physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in classes, workshops, and sessions. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in these classes, workshops, and sessions.

I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program. I agree to inform my instructor of any physical limitations, physical discomforts and/or injuries before or during classes, and I take full responsibility for nondisclosure.

In further consideration of being permitted to participate in classes, workshops, and sessions, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against Jessica Griffin Fitness, Wellbeing & Coaching for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in this program.

I have read the above release waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
